A serious financial product without the financial-product chill.
Pludoo's product is genuinely novel: they front the money the moment an invoice goes out and carry the collection risk themselves. But every other brand in the space looked like a bank, blue, chrome, sterile.
We needed an identity that signalled trust without scaring off the freelancers and small teams who actually use the product day-to-day.

Approach
We built a fintech brand that smiles back.

Position
Customer interviews with twelve freelance creators across three markets, landing on a single promise: pay upfront, no chasing.
Identify
A wordmark with a friendly hand-drawn descender, paired with a calm lavender system that reads as soft fintech rather than cold finance.
Launch
Webflow marketing site, illustration system, and an announcement kit that landed in TechCrunch and Sifted on launch week.
